Our Life & Home Support services are designed to ease your daily load. Whether it's help around the house, managing life admin, or getting more your home organised, we're here to lend a helping hand.

Therapeutic Home Support

Support can come in many forms. It may be more of a therapeutic approach you would benefit from where we can help you identify why you feel you are struggling, and how we can support you to change this.

Your home tells a story and our homes are directly linked with our emotions. Having things in some kind of order can help alleviate stress or frustration. This is not always possible when you don't have a system that works well for your family.

Items in our home can also hold emotional weight, as they can serve as physical reminders of past experiences or unmet goals. Letting go or processing it can feel like letting go of a part of ourselves, which is why it can trigger guilt, nostalgia or anxiety.

Having support to tackle whatever you are feeling overwhelmed with, can support change and allow you to feel your home is the safe and calm space you deserve.

Every home is unique and we are always open and flexible to adjust your sessions to suit your needs.


Session Pricing

£23 per hour

Our minimum session is 2 hours and you can choose either weekly or biweekly on a day and time that suits you. 

Sessions can be 2-6 hours and can scheduled Monday to Friday during 7am - 5pm.

You can tailor your sessions to include any tasks and every session can be different, you just work with the staff member to detail the priorities for that session and what you would like them to focus on.

Regular hours are booked in advance on a monthly rolling basis.

We do not lock you into a long term contract, we only require a 2 week notice period to cancel any contracted hours.

We also offer one off ad hoc hours and these are priced at £30 per hour. These are helpful for one off declutters, house moves or for larger jobs such as garage clearances.

Hello!

We will reply within 24 hours and together we will hatch a plan of action and get your first visit all  organised. We can discuss all of the tasks you feel you would like us to help with and we can set out realistic expectations of how much we can achieve in each session.

Booked In!

Once you've had your first session, we will add your regular chosen slot to our diary and that's you in the system! Of course if you choose a one off service, you will have your single session as agreed.
